  • Our newest project is POLST (Physicians Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment). CHEC√ is participating in establishing POLST, in our hospital and community to provide continuity of medical care for terminal patients in accordance with a new legislation. The POLST form will reflect seriously ill person's wishes regarding life-sustaining treatments. CHEC√ will take on the educational aspect for all medical care providers to make this a success.
